Ingredients:
CRUST 1 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Sugar 3/8 c Crisco 2 tb Milk
-FILLING –
1 Stick butter
3/4 c Sugar
1 Square semi-sweet chocolate
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 pt Whipping cream
Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Add oil and milk. Mix together and
press into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
To make filling: Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate and vanilla.
Add egg and beat for 5 minutes. Add another egg; beat an additional 5
minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Top
with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm. Very rich and very
good.
