1 lb Fresh beans (green or wax -or a combination of both) 1/4 c Water
1. Wash and cut beans into 1 1/2 inch pieces. 2. Place in a deep 2-quart,
heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole with the water. 3. Heat, covered, in
e Oven 12 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally during
cooking. 4. Drain water and season to taste.
