Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes, peel & chop 1 cn Chopped green chili peppers 2 Jalapeno peppers,seed & chop 1/4 c Chopped green onions 1/4 c Fresh chopped cilantro 2 Cloves of garlic Juice of 1 fresh lemon 1/4 c Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Cumin 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1/4 ts Dry mustard
1. Combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, cilantro, and garlic in a
medium bowl. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together remaining
ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to mix. Cover and chill.
