Ingredients:
1 lb Ground lamb 1/2 c Finely chopped onion 1 tb Prepared mustard 1/2 ts Garlic salt 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 4 Hamburger buns (toasted & Buttered)
Combine lamb, onion, mustard, garlic salt, salt & pepper in bowl; mix
well. Divide meat into 4 equal parts; shape into patties. Broil 3-4″
from broiler 5-6 minutes per side. Place one patty on each bun.
