Ingredients:
6 Green tipped bananas Salt & pepper Fresh lemon juice 1 Egg 1 tb Water 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
Cut bananas into halves crosswise & lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper & lemon juice. Dip into egg beaten with water, then into bread
crumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Drain on paper.
