Ingredients:
2 Onion -- minced 1/2 c Sausage -- chorizo or hot I 2 tb Lard 16 oz Tomatoes -- drained and Choppe 3 c Pinto beans -- cooked 6 Chilis, serrano -- minced ( 6 Bacon -- minced 1 ts Cumin 1 Ham -- diced (optional)
Add onions and lard to pinto beans and cook over medium heat 5 minutes,
stirring occasionally. In another skillet, fry bacon, ham and sausage. Add
to beans with tomatoes, chilies and spices. Heat thoroughly.
