Ingredients:
12 lb TUNA LIGHT MEAT 4 LB 2 1/3 cn TUNA LIGHT MEAT 4 LB 6 1/4 lb CHEESE MOZZARELLA 1/8 Jar SALAD DRESSING #2 1/2
Combine Tuna Meat with Salad Dressing and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
Optionally refrigerate mixture for up to 12 hours before continuing preparation.
Add Tuna mixture to a sliced roll to make 1/2 inch thick.
Add cheese topping and broil cheese until melted and slightly browned.
Serve immediately.
A slice of tomato can be added before the cheese.
SERVING SIZE: 1 SANDWICH
