Ingredients:
3/4 c Wheat bran -- uncooked 1/2 c Oat bran -- uncooked 1 1/4 c Rolled oats -- uncooked 1/8 c Dried apricots -- chopped 1/8 c Dried apples -- chopped 1/8 c Raisins -- optional 3/4 c Water -- hot
Preparation Time: 0:05 Combine all the ingredients and mix well. To serve,
pour low-fat soy milke or Rice Milk (in this file and as an ingredient in
this file), apple juice, or hot water over the cereal. Stir, let rest for a
couple of minutes, and enjoy.
