Ingredients:
4 sl American cheese, cut -into eighths 2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped 2 md Sweet pickles, diced 6 1/2 oz Can tuna, drained and flaked 1 tb Finely chopped green pepper 2 tb Finely chopped onion 1 tb Finely chopped celery 1 tb Finely chopped pimiento 1/2 c Mayonnaise 6 Hamburger buns, split -and buttered
1. Combine all ingredients except buns in a large mixing bowl. Blend
thoroughly. 2. Place bottom of hamburger buns in a shallow, 10 inch round
heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish. Spoon tuna mixture onto bun
halves. 3. Place top half of hamburger bun on tuna mixture. 4. Heat,
uncovered, in e Oven 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
