Ingredients:
4 Pork chops 1 ts Powdered mustard 1 tb Peanut oil 2 tb Butter 1 tb Ground ginger 1 tb Light brown sugar 1 ds Hot sauce
Wash chops & pat dry. Rub both side of chops with mustard. Brush bbq
grill with peanut oil & cook chops for 15-20 minutes over med heat,
turning once. While chops are cooking melt butter in saucepan, stir
in ginger, sugar & pepper sauce. Heat to simmer but do not boil.
When chops are done remove to serving plate & brush with ginger glaze.
