Ingredients:
3 Egg yolks 3 tb Lamb marinade 1 ts Cornstarch 1 ts Salt 1/8 ts Tabasco 1 c Chicken broth 1 tb Minced parsley
Beat together egg, lamb marinade, cornstarch, salt & Tabasco in top of
double boiler; cook, stirring constantly, directly over very low heat
until mixture thickens & coats a spoon. Remove from heat & place over
hot (not boiling) water in lower part of double boiler; cover & keep
warm. When ready to serve, stir in parsley.
