Ingredients:
1 Env unflavored gelatin 2 tb Water 4 ts Vanilla 1 1/3 c Milnot 3 Egg yolks 1 cn (14oz) sweetened condensed Milk 1 c Coarsely crushed Keeblers Grasshopper Chocolate Mint Cookies
Soak gelatin in water. Dissolve over hot water; add vanilla. Whip
Milnot until it holds stiff peaks. Gradually whip in gelatin mixture.
Beat egg yolks; blend in milk. Fold into whipped Milnot mixture. Add
cookies. Pour into foil lined pan. Freeze.
