Ingredients:
3 lb Ground beef 3 tb Cooking oil 3 Chopped onions 2 Cloves chopped garlic 2 tb Chili powder 2 tb Cumin powder 2 tb Paprika 1 tb Hot pepper flakes 1 1/2 ts Salt 3 c Cold water
Fry ground beef, onions and garlic in oil until beef
is done. Then add remaining ingredients, simmer
uncovered till thick. (2 – 4 hours) Note: I use 1
teaspoon of hot pepper flakes.
