Ingredients:
3 lb Potatoes 1 c Vinegar 1 Egg yolk 5 Cloves garlic 2 c Olive oil 1 tb Salt 1 c Cooking water from potatoes
Boil potaotes and mash and cool. Add minced garlic, oil, vinegar, salt.
Blend in egg yolk. Add hot cooking water from potatoes and mix well.
