Ingredients:
4 Beef saratoga steaks, 3/4" Thick 1/3 c Fresh lemon juice 1 tb Vegetable oil 1 Minced garlic clove 1 1/4 ts Chili powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper
Place steaks in non metallic shallow dish. Combine remaining
ingredients & pour over steaks, turning to coat evenly. Cover &
refrigerate 3 hours, turning steaks once. Remove steaks from
marinade, reserving marinade. Grill over med coals for 8-15 minutes,
turning occasionally & brushing with marinade. Remove steaks when
they reach desired doneness. Wine Suggestion: Lambrusco.
