Ingredients:
2 Sirloin steaks (cut 1" Thick) 1/2 c Soy sauce 1/4 c Dry white wine 1/8 ts Garlic powder 2 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Ginger 1/4 ts Dry mustard 1/4 Teapoon onion powder
Place steaks in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over
steaks & marinate 20 minutes. Remove meat & place on grill 6″ from
coals; cook to desired doneness, brush with marinade.
