Ingredients:
2 Ripe avocados, halved & Pitted 2 tb PICO DE GALLO TOPPING 1 ts Fresh lime juice 1 ts Freshly minced garlic 1/8 ts Salt
Spoon avocado from skin into a bowl & mash with fork until chunky.
Stir in remaining ingredients. If not serving immediately, spread
plastic wrap over surface of guacamole to prevent discoloration.
