Ingredients:
2 c Vidalia onions;thinly sliced Lettuce;torn in bite size- -pieces - icebox,Romaine etc 8 x Eggs;hard boiled DRESSING 1/2 c Mustard 1/2 c Mayonnaise Salt to taste 1/4 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning 2 ts White vinegar
In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers
of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover
and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
