Ingredients:
White vinegar
Herbs, fresh

Take any fresh herb(basil, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano,
garlic, etc) and place washed herbs in vinegar in glass bottle. Close
tightly and let sit for at least a month. Decant into another container
straining through a cheesecloth. Use in salads, soups or sauces to add a
little zip!
