Ingredients:
30 md Mushrooms -- sliced 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk -- shredded 1/4 c Parsley, Fresh -- minced 1/4 c Italian Salad Dressing, Fat Free
Mix all ingredients in shallow 8×8 baking dish. e on high,
uncovered, for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts. Serve open faced on whole
grain bread.
