Ingredients:
2 ts Mustard prepared, heaping 1 ts Butter 1 c Sugar 1 c Cream 1 ds Cinnamon 1 ds Salt 1 ts Flour 2 Eggs 1/2 c Apple Cider Vinegar 1 ds Nutmeg 1 ds Cayenne Pepper
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in double boiler, stirring
constantly until mixture thickens. This is great served with a ham. It is
also good with turkey on sandwiches, with some of the leftover dressing.
