Ingredients:
2 cn (16-oz) of chick peas; -discard the liquid from -one of the cans 1/2 c Tahini (sesame paste) 1 Lemon; juice of, no seeds 1 -(up to) 2 Cloves garlic; peeled
Mix in a food processor. Blend until smooth and serve with warm pita and
cucumber and onion slices.
