Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb Turkey thigh -- frozen Defrost Skin, debone -- cut into 1/4 " 2 c Onions -- cut into strips 2 Green peppers -- cut in Strips 1 Red bell pepper -- cut in Strip 2 Tomatoes; peeled -- diced 1 c -- water Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Simmer, covered, 35 minutes or
until meat is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
