Ingredients:
4 oz Cream cheese, softened 2 oz Butter 1/2 lb Sugar; icing 1 ts Vanilla 2 tb Cocoa (sifted)optional 1 Ea
Soften the cheese and butter at leaving at room temperature. Beat in the
sugar and then add the vanilla and cocoa (if you desire a cholocate
icing;otherwise use almond or other flavoring for a white frosting.) This
frosting is best on carrot cake or on the cholocate zucchini cake.
