Ingredients:
1 pk Peas frozen 16 oz 4 Cheese, cheddar Cut in squares 1/4 c Pickle juice sweet variety 2 Eggs, hard boiled 3/8 c Mayonnaise 1/4 ts -Salt or to taste
Cook the peas for a maximum of three minutes and cool and drain. Combine
the peas, cheese, pickles, eggs and salt. Stir in the mayonnaise. (The
original recipe called for fresh peas originally but theyre hard to get
now even when theyre in season.)
