Ingredients:
3/4 c Vegetable oil 1 c Cane or sorghum molasses 2 Eggs, beaten 2 ts Vanilla 1 c Raisins or -1/2 c. ea. -chopped nuts and raisins 1 1/2 c Wheat germ 2 c Rolled oats 3/4 c Whole wheat flour 3/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Dry milk powder
Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the remaining
ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from a teaspoon (or
larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
