Ingredients:
1 cn Coconut milk (14oz) 4 Eggs; well-beaten 1/2 c Sugar, granulated 1/4 c Milk, evaporated
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar and evaporated
milk. Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it
becomes a smooth sauce. Pour slowly into a 9×9 pan and bake about 30
minutes at 350F.
