Ingredients:
1 cn Condensed milk 4 Egg yolks 1/2 c Lime juice 3 Egg whites 1 Egg white 6 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Cream of tartar 1 Pie crust; baked
Beat one egg white until stiff. Mix condensed milk, egg yolks and lime
juice; blend well. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Put into pie
crust. Beat remaining 3 egg whites until stiff; beat in sugar and cream of
tartar. Spread on top of lime filling. Bake in 350 degree oven until whites
are golden brown.
