Ingredients:
3/4 c White flour 1/2 c Cornmeal 1/2 c Wholemeal 3 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Oil 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Kiwifruit; peeled, chopped 2 Eggs 1/2 c Milk
Sift flour & b/pdr into a bowl, add cornmeal, wholemeal & sugar. In another
bowl beat eggs, oil & milk. Gently stir kiwifruit into wet mixture. Add dry
mix to wet mix and stir until JUST combined Spoon into pans & bake at
400F for 15-20 mins. Makes 12.
