Ingredients:

1 c  Butter
-soft
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c  Sugar
2 c  Flour
6 oz Chocolate chips
1 c  Pecans
-chopped

Preheat oven to 375~. Grease a jelly-roll pan, 15×10″. In a large bowl
cream butter with electric mixer. Add salt and vanilla. Beat in sugar until
light and fluffy. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and
pecans. Pat dough with hands into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until
lightly brown at edges. Cool in pan on wire rack. When cool, break with
hands into pieces (like peanut brittle).
