Ingredients:
16 oz Sauerkraut, drained 1/2 c Celery -finely chopped 1/2 c Green pepper -finely chopped 1/2 c Carrot -finely chopp 1/2 c Onion -finely choppe 1/4 c Sugar
Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. S
relish with hot dogs, vegetables, or meats. Yield: 1-quart.
