Ingredients:
1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Thyme 1/4 ts Marjoram 1/4 ts Pepper 6 Loin lamb chops 1/4 c Milk 1 Egg 1/4 c Flour 1 c Bread crumbs 2 tb Olive oil 2 tb Butter
Mix seasonings. Rub into meat. Blend milk with egg. Dust chops with
flour. Dip into egg. Dredge in crumbs. Heat oil & butter. Fry chops,
5 minutes on each side. Serve very hot.
