Ingredients:
6 oz Fettucine -- uncooked 1/3 c Lowfat sour cream 3 tb Fresh chives -- chopped 1 tb Lemon peel -- grated 2 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Soft margarine 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts White pepper
Boil 3 quarts water. Add fettuccine. Stir until water boils again (about
30 seconds). Cook 10-12 minutes and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and
toss with fettuccine. Serve hot as a side to poultry or as a refreshing
entree.
