Ingredients:
2 c Stock, chicken 1 c Rice, uncooked 1 1/4 ts Lemon peel, grated 1 ts Dill weed 1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Butter
Preheat oven to 350. Bring stock to boil. Combine all ingredients in
1-1/2 qt baking dish. Stir well. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Fluff and
serve. Delicious with fish or pork.
