Ingredients:
1/2 lb Lentils, cooked 1 Onion, diced 1 Clove garlic, pressed 3 c White wine 1 tb Basil 1/2 ts Thyme 4 tb Parsley 1 tb Lemon juice 4 tb Oil 2 Tomato wedges 1/2 Head iceberg lettuce, Washed
Combine lentils, onion, garlic, and wine; simmer 3 minutes. Remove from
heat; add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
