Ingredients:
1 c Cottage cheese 1/2 c Minced cucumber 3 Or 4 Stuffed olives (if desired) 1 c Mayonnaise 1 pn Salt 1 tb Minced or grated onion 1 pk (small) lime Jello
Stir all ingredients, except Jello, with a fork, mashing cottage cheese.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over Jello. When Jello begins to shake a little,
whip until foamy with dover egg beater, then fold in cottage cheese
mixture.
