Ingredients:
3 tb Juice from one lime 1 1/2 ts Minced or grated ginger 1 ts Dried coriander seeds, Crushed 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tb Vietnamese fish sauce (nuoc mam) 1 tb Chopped fresh basil 1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro 1/3 c Canola oil Salt and ground black pepper
Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Whisk in
next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale and pepper. Let
stand for 1 hour before serving.
