Ingredients:
1 c  Chopped lobster
2    Eggs
1/2 c  Milk
1 1/4 c  Flour
2 ts Baking powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat deep fat until a cube of bread browns in sixty seconds. While fat is
heating, beat eggs until light. Add milk and flour sifted with baking
powder, salt & pepper, then fold in chopped lobster. Drop by small
spoonfulls into fat, fry until golden brown. Drain on brown paper in warm
oven. Serve with quick lemon sauce.

To make sauce, combine one cup lemon or orange or pineapple marmalade, 1
tsp grated lemon peel, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 c boiling water. Place in
covered jar and shake until well-mixed.
