--25 SERVINGS-- 3 lb Smoked ham, raw, ground 2 lb Pork, fresh; raw, ground 3 c Soft bread crumbs; OR -crisp cereal 2 c Milk 3 Egg; beaten 3 ts Sugar, brown 1 ts Cloves, ground 1/4 ts Pepper

12 lb Smoked ham, raw, ground
8 lb Pork, fresh; raw, ground
3 qt Soft bread crumbs; OR
-crisp cereal
2 qt Milk
12 Egg; beaten
1/4 c Sugar, brown
4 ts Cloves, ground
1 ts Pepper
Soak the bread crumbs or cereal in the milk for 15 minutes. Combine all the
other ingredients and add the crumb-milk mixture. Mix well. Divide the
mixture and place equal amounts in pans of same size. Press the mixture
firmly into the corners of the pans and have the top level. Bake in a
moderate oven at 350 F. for 2 hours. Allow loaves to stand in a warm place
for 20 – 30 minutes for easy slicing.
