Ingredients:
1 lb Crabmeat (Fresh) 2 tb Capers 1 Egg -- well beaten 1 ts -Salt 1/2 c Kraft Non-fat mayo 2 tb Skim Evaporated milk 1/4 ts White pepper 1 ts Dried dillweed 1 ts Tabasco 2 tb Calorie-reduced margarine 1/3 c Grated parmesan
Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon
mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking
dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
