Ingredients:
3 c  Broiled mahi mahi
1/4 c  Almonds or macadamia nuts;
-chopped
1/4 c  Pineapple; crushed
1/4 c  Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Curry powder
1    Egg; beaten

Shred Mahi Mahi with fingers. Combine fish, nuts, pineapple, mayonnaise,
curry and egg. Mex well. Form into patties. Fry or broil.
