Ingredients:
1/4 c Sliced almonds (for Garnish) 1/2 c Melted butter 2/3 c Liquid from oranges 1/2 c Diced oranges 1 tb Cornstarch 1 tb Fresh orange juice 1/2 ts Grated lemon rind 1 ds Salt 1 ds White pepper 1/4 c Dairy sour cream
Cook almonds in butter in skillet until golden brown; remove & set
aside. Combine orange liquid ( adding water if necessary to make
amount) & cornstarch; add to butter in skillet. Stir in oranges,
fresh orange juice, lemon rind, salt & pepper; cook over low heat
until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat: cool
slightly. Stir in sour cream; blend well. Spoon over fish; garnish
with almonds.
