Ingredients:
1 Sliced med banana 1/4 c Wheat flakes cereal 2 tb Chopped dates 2 tb Maple syrup 1/4 c Milk or 1/2 & 1/2
In individual serving bowl, combine banana, cereal & dates; toss
gently. Drizzle with syrup; pour milk over mixture.
