Ingredients:
1/2 ts Instant minced onion
3 tb Red wine vinegar
1/2 c  Vegetable oil
1 ts Season salt
1 ds Pepper
2 ts Worchestershire sauce

Soak minced onion in wine vinegar until softened. Mix with other
ingredients. Marinate meat in closed plastic container for 24 hours turning
after 12 hours.
