Ingredients:
3 c Broccoli flowerets; -(bite-size) 1/3 c Mayonnaise, imitation 1 tb Sugar 2 tb White wine vinegar 2 tb Hoisin sauce 1 tb Sesame oil 1 ts Light soy sauce 1 ts Chili paste
1.Place broccoli in boiling water; heat to boiling.
2.Boil uncovered 1 minute; drain.
3.Rinse in cold water; drain.
4.Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
5.Stir in broccoli.
6.Cover and refrigerate 1 hour; drain.
