Ingredients:
4 (1 inch) pork chops Peppercorns 1/2 c Olive oil 1/2 c Wine vinegar 3 Cloves garlic, minced 1 Bay leaf, crushed Salt and pepper, to taste 1/4 ts Dry mustard
Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in a blender. Pour over the meat,
cover and chill, at least 6 hours. Grill over medium coals.
