Ingredients:
1 Finely chopped onion 1 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 lb Ground meat (beef, pork, Chicken, or combo) Salt 1/4 ts Allspice Chopped cooked bacon
In skillet, saute onion in oil til tender, 5 minutes. Add meat, salt &
allspice; brown. Pour off excess fat. Add bacon. Fill dumplings. Boil
20-25 minutes.
