Servings: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Onion; finely chopped
1/2 c  Celery
1 pk Green beans; french style,
1 tb Pimento; chopped
2 c  Cooked chicken; diced (left
2 c  Condensed cream of mushroom
1/2 ts Oregano
White pepper to taste
2/3 c  Cashew or roasted peanut hal
1 tb Parsley; minced (optional)

Melt butter in a 2 or 3 quart saucepan. Add onion, celery, and beans.
Cover; simmer over low heat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until
beans are tender. Add pimento, chicken, soup, and seasonings. Cook 10
minutes to blend flavors; stir as needed to prevent sticking. Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serves 6.
