Ingredients:
3 lb Pork spareribs
2 cn Sauerkraut (27 oz ea)
2 cn Water (using sauerkraut
Can)
Salt & cayenne pepper to,
Taste

Preheat oven to 350 . Brown ribs in heavy skillet with small amount
of fat. Place sauerkraut in a Dutch oven. Add water and seasoning.
Place ribs on top of kraut. Cover; cook 2 hours. Serves 6.
