Ingredients:
2 md Firm, ripe tomatoes, peeled, -seeded, coarsely chopped 1 lg Onion, minced 1 sm Green bell pepper, cored, -seeded, and minced 1 c Red wine vinegar 1 ts Minced fresh cilantro
Place all of the ingredients together in a glass
(nonreactive) bowl and stir to mix well. Cover with
plastic wrap and store for 1 hour so that the flavors
can mix. Use with grilled meat. Makes 2 cups.
